Tulloch Win Your Share of $25,000
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of all rules &
conditions form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Entry is subject to the purchase of
any specially marked 750ml bottle of Tulloch Wine
3. The Promoter is JY Tulloch and Sons
PTY LTD, ABN - 58099104720 638 DeBeyers Road, Pokolbin, NSW
2320.
4. Proof of purchase must be supplied by
way of original store receipt which must be retained and shown to
the Promoters representative for winner to claim prize. Subject to
meeting this condition, entry is open to all Australian residents
aged 18 years and over, except employees of Tulloch wines and their
associated agencies, companies & their immediate families.
5. Only one entry per bottle is
permitted.
6. Entry must be per the instructions as
detailed on the promotional tag attached to the bottles directing
purchasers to the Tulloch website www.tullochwines.com to lodge
their entry.
7. Entries open November 1st, 2011 at
8am and close Friday the 2nd of March, 2012 at 5pm.
8. All entries must be via the online
entry form at Tulloch website www.tullochwines.com. All
entries will be automatically logged into a database of entries and
assigned a number from 1 toX,with X being the total number of
entries received to date.
9. A random number between 1 and X, with
X being the total number of entries received to date, will then be
generated using the random number generator at www.random.org. The number
generated will be matched to the corresponding number in the
database of entries and this entry will be deemed the winner of the
major prize, 15 subsequent random numbers will be assigned to the
balance of the minor prizes.
10. The total prize pool is $25,000. This is split into 1
single major prize of $10,000 and 15 minor prizes of $1,000
each. There will be 16 prizes drawn in total. Prizes will be
awarded in the form of a cheque.
11. Prize drawing is to occur at JY Tulloch and Sons PTY
LTD, 638 DeBeyers Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320. on Friday the
16th March 2012 at 12.00pm. The first entrant selected
will win $10,000 cash. 15 subsequent entrants will then be
selected, each of these will win $1000.
12. Winners will be notified personally, by phone and in
writing by mail or email if provided and a complete list of winners
will be published in Public Notices of The Weekend Australian on
Saturday the 31st of March, 2012.
13. Prizes will be sent to the winners' nominated address
via Australia Post within 7 days of the draw date. Insurance is at
the winners' discretion and cost.
14. If in the event a prize is not claimed within 3 months
of the final draw date, there will be a redraw for all unclaimed
prizes on Friday July 13th, 2012 at 12.00 pm at JY
Tulloch and Sons 638 DeBeyers Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320 using
the same methodology as the original prize draw. If the major prize
of $10,000 is unclaimed at this time the first correct entry drawn
will win this major prize and all subsequent redraws will win
$1,000. All winners will be notified in writing and details
published in the Public Notices of The Weekend Australian on
Saturday July 28th, 2012.
15. The promoter is JY Tulloch and Sons PTY LTD, 638

02-49987580 Neither the promoter nor its agencies will be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to indirect, consequential or economic loss) or for
personal injury suffered or sustained by association with the use
of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
16. Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the
safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical
Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines. Males and Females,
2 standard no more than 2 days a week A full version of the

17. By supplying your contact information you are giving
permission for JY Tulloch and Son's to contact you periodically via
telephone, mail and email with future special offers for an
indefinite period.
