Published Date:
Tasted single blind in amongst eleven Hunter Shiraz from the
2009 vintage, this stood out for its 'classic' Hunter charm.
A lovely wine. Charming 93 Points
Tasted single blind (and quickly) in amongst eleven Hunter
Shiraz from the 2009 vintage, this stood out for its 'classic'
Hunter charm. A lick of vanilla, light earth and fresh
blackberry - classic Hunter. Medium bodied with good fresh acidity,
soft but grippy tannin and good length. Slightly chewy with a touch
of dried herb and some barrel derived complexity - oak present but
not over-bearing. A lovely wine. Charming - 93 Points.
