Join us for a weekend celebration of Semillon throughout Hunter Valley Wine Country. Enjoy the perfect pairing of Hunter Valley Semillon and sparkling fresh seafood at this iconic Hunter Valley wine event....

Our Semillons both newly launched, and from the depths of the cellar, will be paired with fabulous fresh seafood served by local restaurants. Port Stephens Oyster farmers will be on hand to freshly shuck their oysters, our winemakers will share their wine knowledge and our guest celebrity chef will teach you some great seafood recipes.
